Our primary service offering is an 8-week online training program designed to teach you our effective troubleshooting methodology, which is a highly sought skill by employers. This allows students to walk into any IT environment, whether it's a 5-person company or a 10,000-person company, and be able to start troubleshooting on day 1.

  We offer resume writing services to all students and clients. We'll create a resume from scratch or rewrite an existing one. Our resumes are written to stand out from others and to successfully pass HR screening systems and HR manager reviews. Resume writing services are available to everyone, not just current 8-week students enrolled in our program. We highly encourage you to reach out for a complimentary review!

We offer comprehensive job and internship placement opportunities for both currently enrolled 8-week students and for individuals who are looking for job and internship placement opportunities only. We focus on identifying your career goals and then finding an industry and company to place you. 

Some of our students know they want to be in IT but are unsure exactly where they want to be. We pair you with our chief instructor who will explain the IT industry as a whole, go over the various sectors and careers, and then will help you complete a self-assessment to find the best fit for you. 

Interviewing for a job in IT can be nerve-wracking given the expectations employers have of applicants. With decades of experience, our instructors will work with you on interview preparation to ensure you can clearly convey your skills to the hiring manager. Our methodology puts students at ease and improves the the quality of their interviews. 

We're all about professional networking. Whether you're a new student, a graduate, or a returning student, our instructors are available to you by phone, email, video chat, and in-person. Joining our training center gives you permanent direct access to our chief instructor  and we encourage you to keep in touch with our instructors as they are a good resource for new jobs and promotions now and years down the road. 

Interview preparation starts as soon as you enroll. Our chief instructor will work directly with you to understand your career goals and provide you a training plan that is specific to your goals. Every class session, the instructor reviews interview questions and practices your responses with you. Students are clear, concise, and confident during interviews upon completion of our program since they have been practicing with us since day 1. 

Job placement is the real reason why we are here. We pride ourselves in pairing you with an instructor who actively searches for jobs that fit your career goals. Finding the perfect job takes time and experience, which is why we dedicate an ample amount of time to understanding which sector of the IT industry you want to be in. 

Our training here is not based on theory; it's based on practical real-world experience. We separate ourselves from other training centers by offering training that is direct and practical. We understand that our students live busy lives. We have made our schedules flexible to include training outside of normal business hours such as evenings and weekends. This benefits students by allowing each student to attend training when it's most convenient for you. 

Due to our training being hands-on and highly practical, we only offer small classes to ensure that our students receive quality training that supports their career goals and job placement. We also offer 1 on 1 training which gives you the ability to work with our instructors virtually and allows for customized training.
